Cultural Orientation Training

As part of our ongoing efforts to support welcoming and inclusive environments for newcomers, our team has developed two cultural orientation training presentations: Introduction to Afghan Refugees and Introduction to Ukrainian Refugees. These resources are designed to help staff, volunteers, and partners gain a deeper understanding of the historical, cultural, and resettlement contexts of these communities. By fostering greater cultural awareness and sensitivity, we aim to strengthen our collective ability to provide respectful, informed, and effective support to Afghan and Ukrainian refugee populations.
