With professional experience at the International Rescue Committee (IRC) UK and the Organization for Security and Co-operation in Europe (OSCE), Inna brings a uniquely global and trauma-informed perspective to her work. She holds three Master’s degrees in Social Management and Psychology, with a specialization in Practical Psychology and Psychotherapy using the Gestalt method. In this video, Inna explores the types and stages of stress, along with practical strategies for coping with stress.
