Division Director
Elise brings over 17 years of experience in global health program leadership, workforce development, and organizational effectiveness.
Since joining the Public Health Institute in 2008, Elise has supported several USAID-funded global health initiatives, leading efforts in talent management, leadership development, and performance strategy across 40+ countries. She has successfully guided large-scale workforce transitions, provided strategic support to senior leaders, and built systems that empower diverse professionals to thrive.
