World Relief of Sacramento is excited to offer a Health Navigation and Wellness Workshop for Ukrainian women who have arrived in the last five years. The first class will be held on March 30th. This workshop is especially important due to recent changes with Medi-Cal, and participants will also learn about emotional well-being and self-care.
